I wonder if this also applies to a bathtub. I would think it wouldn´t since you fill the bathtub with a mixture of hot and cold water so the cold water would not be wasted.

Are we required to use the equipment loads and setpoints from the Energy Star Multifamily High Rise Simulation Guidelines?  I found that it is referenced by LEED for Homes, but I haven't found
