Insulation - option 2 budget calculation method

Dear all, The guide is not very clear about interior or exterior insulation when we use option 2. Exterior insulation must be included in option 2 calculation for New Construction of offices ?

For non-HC or School projects, does this credit cover EXTERIOR composite wood? Credit requirements and Ref.

less reflective roof surface desireable

Just wondering if anyone has ever had a project that legitimately did not want a highly reflective roof b/c they are in a cold climate and want the heat absorption.

Sound transmission - STC vs Rw

Hi, It is told that Rw is very similar to STC, I would like to ask for Sound transmission, Does LEED recognize the use of Rw (Weighted Sound Reduction index) and ISO 140 (acoustic) standard instead

G3.1.3.6 Piping Losses losses shall not be modeled in either the proposed or baseline
building designs for hot water, chilled water, or steam piping.
