High-Reflectance Roof

Hi Fellow LEED Users,

 

Am I correct in saying that for a High-Reflectance Roof, a roof full of PV can not be consider? As SRI works different with PV.

The calculator USGBC provides for this credit make it appear that the volume is required for ALL products, regardless of if you are doing a budget or if projects all meet VOC limits.
