The option 2 financial support must be made annually, but the client clearly wouldn't want to be obliged forever. Can the client specify a minimum number of years in the agreement?

To satisfy SSc3 open space requirement, "A minimum of 25% of that outdoor space must be vegetated (turf grass does not count as vegetation) or have overhead vegetated canopy."
