The Reference Guide at p. 460 states:

"For any projects using energy model Path 1, green power and offsets used in a DES do not contribute toward the credit for connected building".

I am a little unsure about how to generate hydrozone areas. For instance, with a group of trees, do I draw a polygon around the probable drip line and use that as an area?

I'm confused as to the wording for solar gardens or community renewable energy systems (off-site): "The system is located with the same utility service area as the facility claiming the use." Does
