Hi All, Our building we are working on is not existing and will be built new on the site. Do we still qualify for Mrc1 option 4?

Has anyone received an exemption for uplight and light trespass for sports fields? Or know the reason why the exemptions from v3 were not carried over?

We are struggling to understand the new constraints on locally sourced products and how this new credit encourages any local sourcing at all.
