Hello,

We are currently working on a pod hotel project, where there no laundry or food services within the hotel.Therefore there are no appliances included in the project.

My retail project has metal furniture that is powder coated.  it is my understanding that this would qualify as "inherently non-emitting sources" per LEEDv4 and would not be subject to the BIF
