We have three Core & Shell Buildings on one site. They are pursuing seperate certifications, and because of the small size of the projects, we are not doing a campus or group certification.

If pursuing the budget calculation method, how do you capture the layer surface area for mechanical products such as duct sealants, pipe sealants, firestop, etc.

Do recycling rooms need to be negatively pressurized to meet the requirements of Interior Cross-Contamination Prevention in LEED V4 now that recylcing rooms must include the collection of batteries
