Can the envelope consultant of a project also provide Building Envelope commissioning services?

We chose to achieve a pilot credit called wakable sites. Unfortunately we discoverad that the credit is closed. We have register the project on LEED online but not registered this specific credit.

We have a five-acre site with multiple buildings. However, we are pursuing certification for only one of the buildings. Does the entire site have to meet the prerequisite?

We have a project space where the built up area is 2 lakh sqft out of which the conditioned space is 1000 sqft. Is energy modeling necessary in this scenario?

My project is an office tenant fitout (1 floor in a high-rise building).

In this project there is only a very limited number of parking spaces (44 for >10.000m² office space).

I have a project, under the current condition, say there are 20% building, 50% of pavement for road and parking, and only 25% left for open space (greenfield) and 5% for wetland (excluding from gre
