Is a non-irrigated vegetated roof included in this credit calculation? It seems obvious that an accessible green roof would be. How about a non-accessible green roof?

Hi, I am completing the VOC calculator, but if I put a product with the maximum allowed value it does not comply. For example if they ask for 70 and my product has 70 for v4 is not fulfilling?
