The LEED for windows description details different criteria for climate zones 1-8. However, I can't seem to find a climate zone map...where might I access this?

Exception c requires that lab spaces use a system 5 or 7 in the same way that exception d does, but exception c does not prescribe any specific turn down during unoccupied periods.

It doesn't appear USGBC has updated their tracking tool/materials calculator to account for Option 3 yet, or have you seen an updated resource?

Water Meter

My understanding of this credit, is that at a minimum there needs to be a water meter installed to monitor the entire building. It is not required to provide submetering.
