We are pursuing an interior renovation of a k-12 school building to ongoing school use. Can we use LEED CI or must we use LEED Schools?

Hello, our project, an airport terminal, got LEED Gold certified this month under version 2.2. The owner now wants to explore certifying the building for operations and maintenance under V4.

Has anybody tried this credit? Our client is OK with the commitment for buses, but they also need all of their school-owned vehicles to have an ACEEE score of 45.

I am working on a project that has a vehicle wash bay where they intend to recycle the water and use it multiple times for washing before discharging to sewer.
