Hi all, We intend to apply for a LEED EBOM cert for a multi-tenant building built in the 1910s. The building was renovated and earned its Energy Star Score back in 2004.

In LEED v4, the CxA for Enhanced Commissioning must be independent of the design and construction team- but what if the construction team is also the owner, as in design-build?

In V3, USGBC had a list of credits from other rating systems that could be innovation credits. For instance EBOM Green Cleaning. Does a list exist for V4.
