Industry Wide EPD with slightly different product listed

I have located an industry wide type III EPD for gypsum by the Gypsum Association. In the product description it lists the products as "for average 5/8" type X gypsum boards".

In LEED 2009 there was a credit dedicated for reducing waste water or treating it on site. How does LEED V4 reward onsite treatment?
