LEED 2009, would consider 10% of dwelling units or 4 (refer to SLLc4 equation 2) bicycle storage for visitors. LEED v4 requires short-term bicycle storage for at least 2.5% peak visitors.

Based on my interpretation of Option 1 for this credit, it seems as though project teams are being asked to evaluate the 95th percentile (or 98th percentile) rainfall event in isolation.

Option 2 for submetered irrigation

If we install subsystem metering for the irrigation systems to comply with WE credit Water Metering can we still select Option 2 (No irrigation meter installed: Calculated water budget).

The reference guide and the Rainfall Events Calculator provided by the USGBC alternatingly use the terms 'rainfall' and 'precipitation; while this is fine for temperate climates, it leaves us north
