has anyone achieved this credit through Comfy or a similar ap?

My factory project doesn't use regular Cooling towers, they use Dry coolers (dry cooling towers), which don't use water at all. Can we claim to achieve this credit by no using make-up water?

Our project is a student housing project in which we are certfying under New Construction v4.
