Using Dry cooling tower

My factory project doesn't use regular Cooling towers, they use Dry coolers (dry cooling towers), which don't use water at all. Can we claim to achieve this credit by no using make-up water?

For residential projects, the Pilot credit for Exterior Noise Control requires a "maximum interior noise level (Lmax) or 45 dBA." Is that fast or slow weighted?

Hello! The LEED Credit web site lists the hardly legible ITE parking ratios table 3rd Edition as a resource for determining baseline ratios.
