Quick question please: I have an existing building of 1000 sq ft. 700 sq ft of them are to be renovated, the remaining area is to left intact. There will also be a brand-new addition of 500 sq ft

The building to be certified is an office, hotel and retail complex and is composed of two seperate buildings. There are no structural connections between the buildings above ground.
