Reporting through Energy Star Portfolio Manager

NC-2009 MPR6:Must commit to sharing whole-building energy and water usage data

How often does the Owner need to report the Utility data if using the Energy Star Portfolio Manager to comply with MRP6? The form says on a 'regular basis', but does this mean monthly?

I was wondering if somebody could help walk me through this aspect of PIf1. My project is a University building in which we will have limited monitoring.

I posted this under MPR2 but thought I might get a response under this MPR as well... We have a project that may not have its permanent power for as long as a year after occupancy.

We are currently working on a Core & Shell project where a single tenant will be occupying the entire building. That tenant is also going for LEED under Commercial Interiors.
