Existing shower facilities used for previous LEED certification

Our project site has a sufficient changing/shower facility that is existing in another building that also achieved LEED certification, including this point.

Bike Racks and FTE

We are working on a CHP. Should we count patrol officers as FTE or Visitors. They report to work then take a patrol car during their shift work that is patrolling the highway.

We have a project storage warehouse with some offices. However, they are only anticipating it to be used on a as need basis.

Hi All, I am working on a multi-residential building. However, the residents number should put based on the LEED Ref. Guide or on building code?
