Does anyone know what documentation we provide to prove that .5% of the FTE of a project have access to the showers in a nearby health club facility? Signed statement on letterhead?

Multiple buildings

Our project is a group certification with two separate buildings. They are more than 200 yards apart. We have only included showers in one of the buildings, next to the gym.

Storage for "Peak Visitors"

We have several projects where storage for "peak visitors" may not be practical. Might LI #2422 apply in these cases? Or can anyone suggest a different compliance path?

shower requirement - total FTE vs peak FTE

Has anybody used peak FTE (as opposed to total FTE) to calculate the required number of showers? And was it accepted by the GBCI reviewer?

For a hospital project, are the patients to be counted in the FTE for the bicycle storage and changing facilities?
