Underground parking ramp

Is it possible to use a ramp leading to an underground parking as an entrance for bicycles as well?

Dear LEED Users, I have a 550,000 sf. multi-use commercial project where the main tenants are bank employees. With a total of 2000 FTEs, 1800 of the FTEs are bank employees.

The credit form presents two cases to select, if the project includes "commercial/institutional spaces" and/or "residential spaces".

Mixed bathroom

Do mixed bathrooms count towards this credit? We have showers in the building but we don't have them separated for both female and male.

Our project in NYC has a Citi Bike location less than 200 yards from the entrance. The owner will pay for up to 80% of the annual cost for all employees.

Destination resort and need for bike racks?

My client is building a destination resort which includes a hotel, golf course, spa, etc. I understand the need for bike racks for resort staff who will be commuting locally.

I am working on a rather unique residence hall building that has a variety of uses. I am trying to determine what spaces need bike storage and shower/changing facilities.
