Hello, My project is pursing Case 2 for residential projects since it has less than 10% of retail space.

Our project has a total of 139 parking spaces at the perimeter of the campus, with ONLY ADA/handicap and six (6) short-term visitor spaces at a close in drop off area.

Our project is located central area of metropolitan city. The facility is university campus building.

The USGBC has published a draft for additional guidance for international projects. That includes alternative compliance paths and even additional LEED online forms for international projects.

Our project site currently has three existing buildings and over 300 parking stalls. All of these buildings and parking areas will be demolished under separate contract.

Hi all, I can see from a few discussions on here that it seems acceptable to combine carpooling + LEV signage provided there is no double counting i.e. a total of 10% of spaces are reserved.

Working on a new police station and trying to find a route to get SSc4.4 (LEED 2009). Anyone have any thoughts? We have public and secure parking which is for police vehicles only.

I was wondering whether LEED would ask for a official document that states that local authority authorizes the project not to meet the local requirement of minimum parking. or...
