My project has a cellar level that extends beyond the building footprint.

We are working on a project where we want to use a fabric parking cover, and the manufacturers do not seem to have the SRI values or equivalent to calculate 29 SRI.

Does anybody have experience using an alternate compliance path for a project in a cold climate?
