Major refurbishment - existing building

Can this credit not be achieved in an existing building where one floor (not the top floor) is being assessed and the existing roof will be left untouched?

Hi, Our project building is retail facility and has 4 above grade floors. The entire facility is conditioned. There is a parking floor above the retail floors.

Blue Roofs

Does anyone have any experience with blue roofs? Would LEED accept a minimum of 50% of the roof being covered by a blue roof rather than a green roof? I can't find any precedent for this.

SS C7.2 High albedo roof area -120%?

I have just submitted design submittal. When I calculated the High albedo roof area, it came out to 120%. Can I apply for the examplary credit?

We just got a review from a stadium Project we are working on in Brazil and the review team asked us to double check the roof area considered, stating that part of our seating area covers enclosed
