Success substituting the LEEDv4 approach for WEc1 in v2009?

Has anyone had success using the LEEDv4 approach for WEc1 in v2009? It is not in the list of officially approved substitutions but it seems like a logical substitution.

MicroClimate Factor (Kmc) for Baseline and Design

Hi All, So I know that the MicroClimate Factor (Kmc) must be the same for the Baseline and the Design, but what if the Landscape types in the Baseline and the Design are not the same at all. .

During a certification process I have found an electronic irrigation controller (model Hunter Pro-C) that is equipped also with a rain sensor (model Hunter Rain-Click).
