I need to know if the CxA can be an individual experienced person, or it must be a Cx firm (office)? 

Hello everyone, we are looking a CxA for a LEED project . We contacted an office specialized in energy and environmental studies.

Due to an elongated project and construction schedule we'd like to use an alternative compliance path for EAp1 Fundamental Commissioning under LEED NC v2.2.

I am working on a project where the Owner Project Requirements and Basis of Design were created at the appropriate times.

Our commissioning agent was involved with creation of the owners basis of design documents, they reviewed the design drawings during the design process to verify they were consistent with the ownen

Does LEED specify a required number of commissioning inspections during construction? We are trying to develop a scope based on the minimum requirements of LEED.

I was added to the project after construction due to staffing changes. An OPR was never produced. The design meets and exceeds the owner's goals and commissioning has been completed.

For pursuing EAc3, the contract between the owner and the CxA ensuring CxA involvement in post-construction shall be uploaded through LEED Online credit form.
