LEED NCv 2009 Multi-Family Residential: Apartment

Hi All, I have seen this point tackled in many comments earlier but we still have some doubts. We have a residential building of 16 floors which sits on a podium of 3 floors.

Per ASHRAE 90 G3.1.3.11: Each chiller shall be modeled with separate condenser water and chilled-water pumps interlocked to operate with the associated chiller. We have two chillers sized equally.

I have a project that is an exisiting building renovation with an addition. I understand my energy model will be based on a combination of the new & existing.

EA prereq documentation

We have documented EA prereq 2. We are using LEED NC v 2009 and we are using form version 4. We have filled in all the required information with the exception of the Target Finder.

We are looking at an energy model report for a Residential tower. The project was initially achieving 12% savings.
