I am currently working on a project in Kenya. The cooling load for the commercial office tower is around 1900RT. This project will attempt for LEED CS and will be targeting Silver rating.

I am working on a building that will be owned operated by a charity in Australia. As a charity, they get free gas and very cheap electricity as a 'donation'.

The design model has an AHU that supplies air for some zones. During the winter season the AHU humidifies the air through an atomising humidifier.

I have a 3 storey office building pursuing LEED NC. 2 of the 3 pavements are going to be occupied right after the construction, while the 3rd one will be occupied only 2 years later.

G3.1.2.8 states: "If return or relief fans are specified in the proposed design, the baseline building design shall be also be modeled with fans serving the same functions (...)".
