Space Heating in Table EAp2-5

We have a building that is using both natural gas and electricity for heating. Table EAp2-5 only seems to give me the option for one type of space heating energy source.

We have a culinary school with many kitchen hood exhaust, I wonder if the hood exhaust fan can be considered as process energy instead of regulated fan energy. Thanks!
