metal wall louvers

In the building that I’m modeling there are metal wall louvers. Some of them are connected to ductwork (for ventilation), some of them ventilate directly technical rooms.

I'm working on LEED for a stadium, and we have a bit of trouble interpreting requirements of ASHRAE 90.1 -2007 section 8. The project will have a tranformer that will filter the high voltage.

We are working on the energy modeling for Industrial Manufacturing facility in which some places can be classified as “Semi heated spaces” as per ASHRAE 90.1 2007 definition.

I have a project I am trying to model. the overall building is just over 25,000sf. The is an office area that is about 11,000sf and enclosed parking area, and an enclosed utility space.
