How do I set which the fan power limitation adjutment pressure drop I use at baseline? The standard display multiple values for MERV filters, exhaust and others. What should I use at baseline?

We have a project in question that is DMV office and vehicle inspection station. The vehicle inspection lanes side of the building are approximately 50% of the total project square footage.

ARI Certification for VRF equipment in LEED-NC 2009

Talking about a VRF HVAC system. Is it a mandatory requirement that the VRF condenser and evaporative units must be ARI Certified, according with the Standard 90.1-2007?

ASHRAE 90.1-2007 mentions that for the Proposed case automatically controlled fenestration devices or shades may be modeled, but manually controlled shades should not be modeled.
