The project will apply for certification under LEED v2009 NC. The Proposed design is a 50,000 sf three story building (two above ground plus a full basement) with a central atrium.

ASHRAE lists .2 w/sf for garage spaces in Space by Space, and .3 w/sf in Building Area method.
