LEED certification for identical buildings

Hi All, We have a project coming up where LEED certification is being pursued for multiple identical villas. How does USGBC treat such a project.

I am working on an energy model for a Factory that was registered under LEED v3. The factory has no HVAC system except for some ventilation fans.

In one of our projects, we've 100% naturally ventilated school building, which will have ceiling fans for comfort, a total area of approx 80,000 sqft, Ground + 2 floors.
