How can I apply for Option 3, if my project doesn't a whole building utility meter installed? Our LEED building is located on a "campus".

Hi All, I am working on a New Construction, 299 dwelling unit Apartment building, pursuing Option D. All apartments have their own electric meter, paid directly by the tenants.

How much flexibilty do you have with what gets sub-metered?

Say you have a fairly complex project, but the facility engineers only want to sub-meter 7 electrical systems for measurement and verification.
