Our project in Guam used base material extracted on site and gradated for reuse as aggregate sub-base below slabs and pavement on site.

Can Division 2 materials (hardscape, storm/sanitary utilities, landscaping) be excluded from the overall material cost when calculating for this credit?

We receive letters from suppliers and manufacturers documenting the recycled content of the materials, but not declaring the cost per item.
