Can the organic compost used for our vegetative roof be considered post-consumer recycled material?

What are going off of for the 20%? 20% Material Cost???

When working on large projects with substantial mock-ups, should one include these materials in the project documentation?

Can Division 2 materials (hardscape, storm/sanitary utilities, landscaping) be excluded from the overall material cost when calculating for this credit?
