My project uses lot of steel and that is a very large portion of the total material budget. The supplier has not provided cut sheets to confirm the recycled content of steel.

If a project is not pursuing MRc3, can reused material count towards MRc4 instead?

The assembly as % of product section found in the MR 4 form is already prefilled with 100% for all materials. Is this correct?
