If I take the default 45% of contract price for divisions 3-10 just in the concrete and steel my totals are 80% plus for recycled content and regional materials.

We have received the FSC invoice for some of our FSC plywood and our subcontractor had it delivered to his shop a few miles away and then brought it to the site.

Does FSC organization provide a definition of "product" before? Actually I have two cases for studies.

ADVICE-01-010 FSC Online Claims Platform (OCP) Criteria Has anybody seen this? It looks to me like it is just getting certificate holders registered, which seems pretty easy.

Freight and tax on wood invoices

The wood invoices that I have show a separate line item for tax/fuel charge/freight charges, etc. and I was unclear how to include this in the documentation.

When reusing an existing building (major renovation) then only any new wood materials would be applicable for the credit?

Still confused on FSC certified wood. If we as FSC Certified woodworkers, create an assembly with FSC materials, and non FSC materials, that assembly cannot be claimed as an FSC certified.
