We are finishing a LEED CI certification in a building that was LEED NC certified several years ago.

We are currently working in a project located in New York City. The owner owns the entire floor where the project is located.

Dear all, We have a question about exterior non-smoking policy on the project NC.

Our project is a gathering & educational space located within a huge park. We plan to have signages saying no smoking inside and within 25 ft of the building.

We have a residential (apartment) building that is allowing smoking on one of the floors. After blower door testing and reparations, we have met the requirement for unit sealing.
