For the final cleaning bid package, in our specifications, there is no language requiring that the chemicals used have to be low VOC.

We have a project where a heavy drill will be drilling micropiles in the basement. It is going to be a diesel powered drill, and it will make a heckuva lot of fumes.

Hi, My contractor is proposing and alternative method to sealing the air conditioning ducts. They would like to use a foam for the duct end that would be air tight.

In anticipation for a large dust kick-up during finish installation, our project is looking into placing an additional cloth filter on the return air grilles (in addition to the MERV 8 filter).
