IAQ Flush out-using temporary exhaust systems

Hi, We are proposing a IAQ flush out procedure for our facility which consist of a lot of FCU’s. Due to the FCU’s the flush out procedure is excessively long.

Has anyone had experience with meeting the IAQ testing requirements using the Directsense IAQ Plus Screening tool from Graywolf Sensing Solutions.

Noting that an equivalent to IEQc3.2 is not available within the LEED-CS rating system, is it safe to assume that future tenant space(s) within a LEED-NC project would not be subject to IAQ testing

I have a client who is asking about air testing for an office building renovation project where small parts of each floor will be renovated.

Our project office building has 22 floors and is divided in 4 portions – north wing, south wing, east wing and west wing.

Path 2 Flushout

Our project went with Path 2 Post-occupancy flush out. All AHUs required 2-4 days of flush out before occupancy could occur and about 24 days post occupancy.
