The product data for my paint submittal has two VOC values listed - (1) Less Water and Federally Exempt Solvents, (2) Emitted VOC.

What does "less of water" mean? We have powder adhesive material for ceramic tiles. We sent it to the lab to determine the VOC content.

Would a (site-applied) solid wood floor coating fall under "clear wood finish" with the limit of 350g/L or a "floor coating" with the limit of 100g/L? Thanks!

Does anyone know whether the waterproofing sealer used under the raised flooring to protect concrete slab needs to comply with VOC requirements? Thank you in advance.
