I am helping a manufacturer of a zero-voc Concrete Cleaner/Stripper that is used for preparing concrete for painting figure out how the product fits into LEED.

Is there any other restrictions for anti-corrosive paints other than 250 g/l VOC limit in Leed V4? Is it enough for a paint product to have lower VOC value than 250 g/l to be leed V4 compliant?
