Assesment rooms at rehabilitation Center

Hello everyone. I was wondering if triage assessment rooms need to be considered workstations since this is where patients are going to be evaluated before admission.

Hi, I´m managed a Healthcare buildings. The reviewer advice me that workstation and share multi-occupant spaces must be reported consistently among IEQc6.1 and IEQc6.2 credits.

Club Chairs in hallways for convenience

What about 2 chairs in a hallway? would this be a "multi occupant space" or excluded from the credit requirements?

I have a project that has a shop areas where building occupants will be working. It is very important that the light not turn off automatically when they are working.

Catering Kitchen

I recently had this credit denied by our LEED review team because our catering kitchen "local control" did not meet the credit requirement for adjustability.

Hello, I have a question relating to lighting control in dorm rooms: My understanding of credit 6.1 was that 90% of building occupants needed their own lighting control.

To satisfy credit requirements should we provide the corresponding light fixtures for switched receptacles in residential units in a multi-family high-rise project?
