Regularly occupied spaces for stadiums

We are in doubt about the classification of regularly occupied spaces for a stadium. It will have the administrative area that will obviously be regularly occupied, but what about the VIP lounges,

Calculating VLT- Glazing Only or Full Assembly

Does anyone know if the VLT factor inserted into the day lighting prescriptive path spreadsheet is for the glazing only, or is it supposed to factor in the mullions/screens?

LEED's definition of a regularly occupied space is one where individuals normally spend more that one hour per person per day on average.

0.5m margin and work-space adjacent to the glassed facade

Hello, For dayligting simulations, there is usually a 0.5m margin applied around the perimeter of the room, excluding the area from the assessment.
