Sustainable Purchasing: Durable Goods

Working on a Warehouse with (4) vending machines, (2) refrigerators. With 24 hr. loads, these seem like good candidates for requring Energy Star qualified products.

Innovation Credit for Materials manufactured only within 500 mil

I was wondering if anyone has ever tried to get an innovation credit for having certain percentage of materials being manufactured within 500 miles.

Currently we are exploring ID credits for our two projects under NC. To date the Education credit complies with our project and NC.

100% certified wood

Dears, Our project is aiming for innovation design credit of 100% FSC certified wood, my concern is about does (FSC mixed) certified product contributing to this credit or only the (100% FSC) cert
