The "LEED Project Submittal Tips: New Construction 2009" document, link below, only lists EBOM credits as credits that can be pursued for innovation credit under the NC rating system.

I am planning to pursue an ID point for Green Cleaning for a NC v2009 project.

Has anyone attempted to get an ID point for putting together a narrative that describes project coordination through the use of project management software and electronic conferencing?

Seems like a no brainer - substituting LED light fixtures in our parking lot will cut energy consumption by 80%. This does not seem to be covered in other LEED credits.
