Hi! I´m using this link http://www.usgbc.org/rpc to identify the regional priority credits on a project near Oaxaca, Mexico. But if I select BD+C :NC, v2009, Mexico the website send me an error .

My project has EA c1 listed as a possible Regional Priority credit. This credit allows 1-19 points, does my project apply for a Regional credit if I get even (1) point on EAc1?

Can a project achieve the Regional Priority point without hitting the higher threshold of a credit?

The credits available for regional priorities on the link above and the credits available on LEEDonline do not tally for my project.

I have completed the SSc7.2 form...successfully it appears and upload the required documentation. Is there additional documentation for the RP credit? We really need the RP point.
