If the audit was conducted in 2014 and we are submitting the LEED application in 2019, does the performance period start date need to be in 2014?

Hello Five years ago my project building were LEED EB:OM certified and now with new tenants and a renovation taken place we are recertifying.

We recently received review comments asking us to list energy demand savings and maintenance cost savings for our EEMs.

What is the best timing for the ASHRAE Level I walkthrough audit? We have our energy star label already, are working on getting our tracking in place for the other credits.

We are in the process of pursuing LEED EBOM certification, for a project located in Europe. We have submitted the documentation for preliminary review.
