I am working with a convention center that is currently Silver certified under the v2009 EBOM rating system. 

I will assume most are aware that Portfolio Manager has suspended applications for Energy Star Certification from September 2018 until early 2019.  As a requirement for EAc1 to be earned,

If a 6,000,000 square foot hotel/casino is more than 50% hotel space, are they required to use Option 1 - Portfolio Manager to get an Energy Star rating?

Hello, We have a client that has approached us about the possibility of certifying a golf course clubhouse via LEED EBOM.

Is there a minimum building occupancy % for the 12 month performance period? I am working on an office tower that has slowly increased it occupancy over the last year.

Dear all, The case 2 calculator has pointed us towards using Case 2 - Option 1 for our Existing Retail Mall project located outside of the US.

LEED EBOM v2009 allows you to skip the SEP submittal if you share your Portfolio Manager facility directly with the USGBC review team.

Being that my project is a convention center, it does not qualify for energy star.
