Our project team is working on LEED EBOM certification of an industrial compound, and there is a question we are not so sure about and we believe one of you may be able to help.

Advanced energy metering: if a project have all end use submeter but no have enery reporting software or BAS.

Does anyone have any experience with tenant sub-metering and compliance with this credit?

Our project building has central air-handlers, which provide heating and cooling for the tenant spaces i.e. heating and cooling by air only.

In our office building, the annual Gas Consumption accounts for more than 40% of the total annual energy consumption. The gas is used for Heating and for Cooking (for a Restaurant).

We have a meter that measures: chiller + pump + lighting system. Since we are not discriminating by "end use": would this meter qualify towards this credit? Thanks GH
