CCFL- Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamps could be excluded from the calculations? The manufacture just inform this:"Low content of mercury, 20% less than that of CFL. How should I proceed?

We are having an issue because some animal care lamps of our project do not really disclose the mercury content of the lamps since they consider it as some part of their copyright of some sort.

In order to compare apples to apples (efficiency) lets assume the unit as lumens/Watt.

Can someone explain the building inventory? I see here it says to inventory for manufacturer, etc but the LEED online form just asks for a number of mercury-containing bulbs in the building.

I'm guessing since we are submitting this for innovation and design we do not need to comply for the performance period requirement?
